Detox - How to?

Nettle (Urtica dioica) is the herbal tea winter of choice because it is a rich source of alkalizing minerals particularly useful for cleaning the kidneys and adrenal support during this time of year.

Other herbs include protecting kidney juniper (Juniperus communis), which act as a diuretic and are particularly useful in chronic bladder infections.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale), which warms the body and helps circulation in the kidney area, and marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), which is good for calming the irritation of the mucous membranes of the urinary tract.

The natural sodium and other electrolytes in unrefined sea salt, miso, help the kidneys and adrenal function.

Miso is a fermented soy product that is particularly noteworthy because it also increases blood and lymph and is a good source of enzymes, calcium and iron.

Tamari soy sauce, is a tasty alternative to salt as digestion (tamari is still very high in sodium, though). Ginger can also be used as a condiment in the kitchen.

Winter diet detox plan:

Winter diet detox plan includes everything which is grown in the season of winter.

  • Oil-1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil rich in lignans, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil daily
  • Lean ground beef proteins Choose, buffalo, deer, eggs, elk, fish, seafood, poultry and tempeh
  • Unlimited vegetables raw or steamed, low glycemic index, choose broccoli,
  • Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, mushrooms, mustard greens, onions, parsley, peppers, radishes and peas, plus 3 tablespoons sauerkraut
  • 2 Fruit- servings per day. Choose from an apple, applesauce ½ cup cranberry or apple sauce, 1 cup cranberries 1 small pear, a mandarin, plus 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Filtered water-8 glasses a day
     With or between meals, 2 cups of nettle tea a day

  • Chew well (20-30 times per mouthful).
  • Relax a few minutes before and after each meal.
  • Eat in a comfortable sitting position.
  • Choose lightly steamed vegetables (broccoli, squash, cabbage, cauliflower, chard, onions, potatoes and spinach) with just a pinch of sea salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Only drink tea after dinner.
  • Supports detoxification of the colon with fiber (e.g. Psyllium).

Detox - how to - Summary:

Every season, either it is summer or winter, autumn or spring seasonal detox diet is important for all. Many bodies could stay fit without these diets but there is no harm if you follow the autumn seasonal detox diet, Spring Seasonal Detox diet and winter detox plan. You would only get your organs cleansed. These diets are very useful, although all are not recommended but one at least 6 months is important….! So enjoy the feeling of cleansed body.
